These terms govern your use of shipments.fyi (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. Questions: support@shipments.fyi.
1. What the Service is
shipments.fyi provides software tools for Amazon FBA sellers: a reimbursement discrepancy scanner, shipment reconciliation, claim-deadline tracking with email alerts, and per-SKU profit analysis. The Service analyzes data you provide and prepares information — including suggested case text — for your review.
2. You file your own claims
The Service does not submit claims, cases, or any communication to Amazon on your behalf, and nothing in the Service is legal, financial, or tax advice. You are responsible for reviewing anything the Service prepares, for what you submit to Amazon, and for complying with Amazon's seller agreements and policies. Reimbursement decisions are Amazon's alone — we do not and cannot guarantee that any claim will be paid.
3. Not affiliated with Amazon
shipments.fyi is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. "Amazon" and "FBA" are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc., used only to describe compatibility.
4. Accounts
Some features require an account. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorized to act for the seller business whose data you use with the Service.
5. Free tier, trial, and Pro subscription
- Free tier: the in-browser scanner and profit tools are free, and free accounts can track claims from up to 2 shipments.
- Trial: one 7-day free trial of Pro per account, no card required. When it ends, paid features lock until you subscribe — nothing is charged automatically at trial end.
- Pro: $9.98/month or $98/year (founding-pilot pricing). Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method, until you cancel.
- Cancelling: cancel anytime from your billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. You can undo a scheduled cancellation before the period ends.
- Failed renewals: if a renewal charge fails we retry over a short grace period and email you; if payment still fails, Pro access lapses (your data is not deleted).
- Refunds: contact support@shipments.fyi — we review requests case by case. A refund of the current period ends the corresponding Pro access.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no unauthorized access attempts, no disrupting the Service, no using it with data you have no right to use, and no reselling or white-labeling it without our written agreement.
7. Your data
Your business data remains yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the Service. Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how we protect it.
8. Availability and changes
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and online but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and analysis results depend on the data you provide. We may improve or change features over time; if we discontinue a paid feature you've prepaid for, we'll refund the unused portion.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, shipments.fyi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost reimbursements, or actions Amazon takes on your seller account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; where practical, we'll notify you first.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and material updates will be announced by email to account holders. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12. Contact and governing law
Contact: support@shipments.fyi. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Service's operator is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
